Needleworks has ended 2007 with a beautiful sampler as a tribute to
all the brave hearts who serve and have served our great country.
They got the verse from a poem called Under the Stars written by
William Rice. This design, Brave Hearts, is stitched with silk from Crescent Colours' Belle Soie line on 28 count Natural Raw linen. The silks used are Icing, Mudpie, Mer Blue, Collard Greens, Teddy Bear, and Poison Apple. The frame is also from Crescent Colours. The frame is called Dolly and is from their Family Tree line of frames. |
Night & Day is the newest in Little House Needlework's line of Simple Samplers. This design uses all DMC thread and is stitched on 28 ct Rue Green linen. It can also be easily stitched on aida also. The frame is from East Side Mouldings. |
