Ordering Products from Cecilia's Samplers

Cecilia's Sampler has a complete online shopping cart where you can make your selections on each page and they will be automatically added to your shopping cart. You will then have 3 ways to complete your shopping. 

• Complete your order and submit it online. 

• Print your shopping cart and mail it to us with a check - or

• Print your shopping cart and call us at the shop.

Whatever way is best for you, we will get your order out to you promptly so you can begin your next project! 

Remember - if there is something you want and you don't see it on the website, please give us a call because we either have it here in the store or we can get it for you!

Our Return Policy: 
We do not accept returns on books, charts, threads, fabrics, and kits. This ensures that our customer receives the highest quality of product. Also, we can not accept returns on special orders as they are items that we order special for our customer and do not normally stock in the shop. There will be a 15% restocking fee to qualified returns. Please contact us before you return any item. Cecilia’s Samplers must approve all returns BEFORE they are returned to us.
