Our Return Policy:
We do not accept returns on books, charts, threads, fabrics, and kits. This ensures that our customer receives the highest quality of product. Also, we can not accept returns on special orders as they are items that we order special for our customer and do not normally stock in the shop. There will be a 15% restocking fee to qualified returns. Please contact us before you return any item. Cecilia’s Samplers must approve all returns BEFORE they are returned to us. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is a problem. Thank you for your cooperation.
